Our experience with Ms. Catherine Hayden far exceeded our expectations! She went above and beyond through every hurdle and every step of purchasing our first home. She was very thorough, very patient with our inexperience, and super helpful and supportive. She's someone who cares about her clients, beyond the job description. We are so grateful to have had her guidance and expertise.

We met Catherine thru Zillow as we were interested in buying a lot in a local subdivision that she had listed as a lot to build. She walked us thru the process seamlessly and answered every question we had thru the build process. Her knowledge of the real estate process as well as the building process was incredible. In the beginning we had lots of questions and she responded immediately to us and made us feel at ease thru the entire build out and loan closing. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a local realtor!!!

Catherine was phenomenal to work with!! She helped us sell one house and immediately jump into a deal on a new one. She stayed on top of communication in every direction between loan officer, buyer, buyers agent, and sellers agent for our new home. She was very knowledgeable and professional in her field and I would personally recommend her to anyone I know!

Catherine was fantastic to get us through our first home purchase ever. We fell in love with the 2nd property she showed us, and then found out that Friday that there was another offer that had just gone in. Catherine went above and beyond working well into the evening to get our offer in and approved just in the nick of time. Yes! I can’t say enough positive things about Catherine. To say she went above and beyond to help me obtain property would an understatement. It was a long road, in a tough market, to find property. Catherine was a game changer, employing an approach that got me ahead of the game. I highly recommend working with her, just don’t take all her time...I’ll be working with her again soon.

Catherine went well beyond what realtors do. She work with the Corps of Engineers and a property examiner/report writer to try to sell the property a different way. She work with my adjuster on my tractor claim. My tractor is in a flood zone. Knowing this, Catherine had to show the property many "extra" times to get a buyer. She has expertise knowledge and uses it in an uplifting way. She listens well and kindly let me know if my ideas was helpful or not. I truly felt like it was a team effort. I received monthly updates when there was activity on the property. Catherine worked with a hunter when showing the property to maintain safety. It is very difficult to put into words a high enough recommendation to use Catherine.
